Backstreet Boys Postpone First Ever Isreal Show Due To Middle East Violence
The Backstreet Boys were suppose to perform three sold-out shows this month in Israel, but they recently postponed those concerts due to the ongoing violence in the region.
The band was slated to perform at the Raanana Amphitheater near Tel Aviv on July 29th, 30th and 31th 2014.
“Due to the security situation, we regret to announce that the BSB shows planned for July 29-30-31 at Ra’anana Amphitheater have been postponed,” read a statement on the bands website .
“We have taken this decision for the safety of the audience that will be coming for the events, we will schedule new dates during spring 2015.”
“This is a major disappointment for the band and fans as this was to be our first visit to Israel and we looked forward to meeting our fans soon”.
However, We are already working with the producers on new dates during Spring 2015 and will notify everyone about this as soon as possible”. They concluded.
