A Federal High Court in Abuja ruled out two of three suits challenging the eligibility of President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari to contest in the March 28 presidential election.
Justice Adeniyi Ademola ruled out the case on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, after the plaintiffs decided to withdraw their suits.
Lawyers for the case said that their client, Ayakeme Whiskey decided to forget the case in order to allow Buhari focus on the ‘enormous task’ of governance.
Buhari will be sworn in on May 29.
