Legendary Nigerian musician, Tuface Idibia, Tuesday bemoaned the ‘fakeness’ going on in the society.

Tuface, who was on Cool FM’s Good Morning Nigeria with on air personality, Manny, to promote his #FORTYfied #AllStarTributeConcert which will feature several Nigerian artistes, directed his words of wisdom straight at the social media generation.

The Afro-pop star said, “Everybody is feeling the need to show off something, you know. Make the next man look like oh they are not doing anything, ‘I am the one doing something’. So these days it is just trying to impress by all means, no matter wetin happen.”

2face’s #FORTYfied concert will hold at the Eko Hotel Convention Center on Sunday, September 20, 2015, and will be anchored by Nigeria’s comedy icon, Basketmouth.

Burna Boy, D’Banj, Dr Victor Olaiya, Sound Sultan, Wizkid, Blackface, Seyi Shay, Vector, Timaya, Wande Coal, Omawumi, Patoranking, 9ice are some of the artistes slated to perform on the night.
