MTV has announced the Movie Awards nominees via its new Snapchat Discover channel and Star Wars: The Force Awakens scored a leading 11 nominations, including one for movie of the year, where JJ Abrams’ hit sequel will face off against Avengers: Age of Ultron, Creed, Deadpool, Jurassic World and Straight Outta Compton.
